Michele is celebrating her 40th year in photography. She is owner, operator and CEO of Michele Inc. of Wisconsin, dba, Creative Designs by Michele for over 35 years. Michele is a Master Photographer and has her photographic Craftsman's Degree. She is an Alumnus of Winona School of Photographer and member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International.

She is in "Who's Who of the World", Who's Who of America" and named to the U.S. Registry of Who's Who. She is a teacher, lecturer and founder of
The Experiences a traveling school dedicated to the advancement and training of photographers in their art as well as their business. These classes are held in Mexico, Guatemala, USA and wherever requested. Past teachers include Robert Lino, Tony Corbell, Chris Nelson and Michele Gauger and the late Monte Zucker.

Michele has been a Jury Chairman and judged for International and National photography organizations including WPPI, PPA, WPPA and many more. She has received many awards during her career including the coveted Bill Stockwell Award, a lifetime achievement award, the silver and bronze medallions from China and The Grand Award from WPPI. Michele is an eight time first place award winner from WPPI and is a National Loan Collection recipient. She has been awarded the Court of Honor Award (twice) and received the Kodak Spotlight Award. Her works have hung in the National Museum in Beijing China, the Photography Hall of Fame and Disney's Epcot Center. Her many degrees include Master of Photography, Craftsman's Degree, Accolade of Photographic Achievement, Accolade of Photographic Mastery, Accolade of Outstanding Photographic Achievement and Accolade of Exceptional Photographic Achievement and the Accolade of Lifetime Achievement Award.
